I offer individual therapy and group therapy sessions for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
No. While I do provide many services that are tailored to Veterans, I have extensive experience and provide many services to adult clients with a wide range of background experiences.
Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long, but I may adjust the duration based on your needs and circumstances.
Yes. BDPS currently accepts most major insurance carriers throughout the state of Illinois including: BCBSIL, Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, Tricare/TriWest, VA Community Care Network, and some Medicaid plans in addition to the option to self-pay for services.
If you are out-of-network, I will supply you with a superbill to submit to your insurance to request reimbursement.
I currently provide virtual services to individuals who reside in the state of Illinois. Additional services will soon be provided in California and New Mexico including IOP and medication management services.
