The Black Diamond is a symbol that distinguishes one entity from the another. Whether it is used on the slopes to signify a path that is reserved for skiers with more experience, or as a symbol of strength, resilience, and personal transformation from a holistic perspective, the Black Diamond is set apart from the ordinary. The Black Diamond is also a symbol that has been used by the first Airborne Division, the 1/501st,  since World War II and is still sewn to the helmets of 501st paratroopers to this day.
